Data Sharing Terms

  • Complete the designated forms and submit a new request every 14 days if there is no response.
  • Specify the data accurately, including format and transfer method.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and do not share it with any other party without the Authority's approval.
  • Do not modify the data and dispose of it after use in accordance with the Authority's policies.
  • Use the data for the specified purpose only and do not exceed the scope defined in the request.
  • Do not store data outside the Kingdom and respond to compliance reports within 5 days.
